• Established Subject Matter Expert for all the General Ledgers of the Bank both technically and functionally with the ability to provide a concise explanation to respective individuals on a technical or business front.
• Managed the Finance Production Support team of 6-9 staff members in Toronto and Moncton successfully in supporting 6+ applications at the bank including Coupa Travel and Expense, Oracle EBS, People Soft General Ledger and now Oracle ERP.
• Have written and or update over 100+ documents and standard operating procedures and have used the documents to assist users/customers as well as assisted in training programs.
