Rostislav Krasilnikov

Independently coach and manage high-level training programs for fencing athletes of all skill levels. Solely lead the club’s most elite and competitive classes, designing and conducting training sessions, developing game strategies, and enhancing athlete performance and technique. Serve as a mentor and role model, providing motivation and emotional support. Accompany athletes to national competitions and prepare them for international events. Act as a key liaison for parents, offering comprehensive support and guidance to help student athletes get to the next level.

Represented the Russian National Team, achieving success in international competitions, including European and World Junior Championships medals.

Spent four full seasons at the national training base at the senior level and took part in all the Grand Prix and World Cup stages. Dedicated rigorous training. Practiced 30+ hours a week and participated in competitions on a bi-weekly basis. Played a key role in promoting fencing in native region.
