Independently coach and manage high-level training programs for fencing athletes of all skill levels. Solely lead the club’s most elite and competitive classes, designing and conducting training sessions, developing game strategies, and enhancing athlete performance and technique. Serve as a mentor and role model, providing motivation and emotional support. Accompany athletes to national competitions and prepare them for international events. Act as a key liaison for parents, offering comprehensive support and guidance to help student athletes get to the next level.
