Recruits’ participants through regional information sessions and residential site staff referrals
• Provides onsite support and one-on-one mentorship to program participants.
• Gives referrals and outreach support to address participants’ individual needs.
• Provides foundational skills and pre-employment skills training.
• Coordinates and facilitates training sessions for internal and external trainers.
• Liaises with residential site staff to encourage ongoing support and recruitment.
• Encourages peer mentorship among participants.
