Summary

I am a knowledgeable Designated Teacher Administration Assistant and Catholic Elementary Teacher with over 20 years of experience in the Catholic education system and am driven to continue to be an integral part in supporting educators, students, and community members. I fully believe in continuing to learn by seeking and immersing myself in professional and personal growth opportunities and collaborating in a faith based team approach. Being a caring relationship-builder with an analytical mindset and impressive decision-making skills, I am an organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I believe the willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals, whether it is for student engagement, professional development, or building relationships with families, our First Nation communities, the Parish, and other outside agencies is pivotal in creating a safe, strong and successful learning environment. It is equally fundamental and detrimental that I am dedicated to promoting academic performance and fostering social skills and character development through the Ontario Catholic Graduate Expectations. Furthermore, my experiences will demonstrate that I emphasize a collaborative approach with ease to drive academic success with teacher mentorship as well as to foster a positive school culture.
