Running 2 businesses for 20 years has given me many skills that are a benefit to myself and any potential employers. Great customer service has always been my goal. I have a broad base of experience in a mostly retail and customer service environment, both in the front shop and in the warehouse. I made a "team" of my employees who worked well together and enjoyed their jobs, I never asked them to do a job I wouldn't do myself and so they were always willing to do what I asked. I created and maintained relationships with relevant suppliers for my business. I have maintained the books for my business using Intuit Quickbooks software, including payroll for up to 10 people. I am able to problem solve and troubleshoot and maintain a good attitude when faced with challenging situations.
