I am deeply driven to community service. I am especially drawn to supporting marginalized women and helping them find their voices. To me, empowering them within a safe community of stable, safe housing is paramount to this process. House of Peace is that for 19 women. There, healing can begin. Building positive, trusting relationships, providing opportunities for education, and employment and liaising with supportive resources are the restorative pieces to 'life anew' at House of Peace.
