Maintaining a 95% daily ready-for-use availability rate. - Usually maintaining a

Attending weekly meetings and submitting weekly equipment status reports.
Ordering parts and maintaining accurate parts inventory availability.
Maintaining an OSHA-Compliant Hazardous Material store room, passing all monthly
inspections.
Prepairing for shipment of all GSE government assets out of the country due to
DOGE base closure.

• Rework and Rewiring of A/S 32A-36/32 Amphibious Assault Crash Crane
• Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on various Aviation Ground Support Equipment such as Mobile Electric Power Plant, 20K and 6K forklifts, Air Conditioning Unit, Gas turbine compressor, Land based and shipboard Towing tractors, Neslab HX500 Chiller and Cranes.
• Successfully troubleshoot and repaired systems that utilize electrical and magnetic relays, electronic controls, electrical motors, switches, relays hydraulic pumps, actuators, accumulators, control valves, regulators, combustion engines, pneumatic systems, and vacuum pumps.
• Overhaul engine such as Duetz, Cummins, and Detroit Diesel engines 353, 671, and 692 series that include sealing, tuning, diagnostic and advanced repair.
• Operates Taylor 500 horsepower water brake dynamometer to perform testing on motors for determining and certifying acceptable levels of performance.
• Service, inspect, test, and repair gasoline and diesel engine systems, transmission systems, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, steering and suspension systems, electrical systems, gas turbine compressor units, hydraulic power generating equipment, airconditioning and refrigeration systems.
• Interpret simple blueprint to very complex schematic diagrams using maintenance instruction manuals to isolate and determine necessary repairs.
• Knowledgeable in the use of digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ohmmeters, complex electrical testing equipment, and hand tools.
• Streamlined maintenance processes for increased efficiency and reduced downtime.

• Specialized in automotive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on import and domestic to include engines, transmissions, differentials, brakes, clutches, starters, axles, steering gears, carburetors, fuel systems, cooling systems, and other mechanical and electrical system.
• Conducted repair in automatic and manual transmissions as well as repair, realignment, and replacement of brake systems.
• Assisted other mechanics with diagnosis and repair of all units and systems.
