My name is Roland Horner, and I am a newly graduated high school student. While I do not have prior formal job experience, I am eager to learn and be a diligent employee. Previously, I worked as my mom’s assistant at Cindy Horner Designs, where I developed strong customer service skills and learned effective time management while helping keep projects organized. I also worked as a self-employed dog walker, where I built trusting relationships with clients and maintained a safe, reliable environment for their pets.
