• Produce the bakery items for our restaurants and prepare other hot and
  cold food products for the sandwich unit
  
  Well-versed with the store operations standards, food safety, health and
  safety, cleaning and sanitizing, and guest service.

• Maintain records of engineering department activities, including
  expense records, equipment maintenance and repair details
  ●
  Review work requests and compare them with previous work
  completed on the ship in order to ensure that costs are economically
  sound
  ●
  Coordinate with the Marine Superintendent on a daily basis to ensure
  voyage management of the vessels will be secured properly
  ●
  Ensure that documentation and certification that is required in every
  port is updated and secured and that the vessel complies with all port
  operations standards.

• Preparing technical reports such as research, system diagnostics and
  design analysis documentation

  Investigating and diagnosing technical issues and implementing
  effective repairs
  ●
  Maintain and coordinate repair of marine machinery and equipment for
  installation to the Marine Superintendent
  ●
  Efficiently utilizing budget expenses through critical ● asset management
  ● Ensuring that the vessel complies with all port operations standards.

Directs, coordinates and perform routine, preventive and emergency
interior / exterior maintenance and repairs to obtain optimum efficiency
and economy of hotel operations

Maximize maintenance team potential with a balanced focus on
operations, guests, employee and owners satisfactions.

Forecasted labor budgeting needs and presented proposals to financial
department.

Balanced project priority and business demand and aligned resources
to accomplish assignments, projects and continuous improvements.

Evaluate assigned project requirements within established
telecommunication system standards to meet project and system
objectives, considering a wide variety of complex factors such as
accessibility, availability of power, and proximity to other SCE facilities.
