• Differentiated instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs, ensuring each student had equal opportunity for success

• Implemented PBIS techniques to support child's emotional needs, and pushing them to be the best version of themselves
• Started a youth volleyball program in the community, where Inuit aged 12-19 could build confidence and have a positive outlet on a weekly basis
• Nominated as Union representative, led successful strike movement within a Trilingual work environment (Inuktitut, French, English)
• Invited to participate in small group "CAP " with 3 other educators in schoolboard. Tasked with assessing current evaluation procedures from the Ministry of Education, and adapting them to realities of Indigenous students

• First outbound hire, charged with making high volume of cold calls, sending emails and creating meetings with new clients (50 calls per day)
• Established relationships with prospects and customers to promote product understanding and drive sales growth.
• Generated $144'000 USD of annual pipeline within first 5 months
• Handled "objections" by asking inquisitive and probing questions, to show an understanding of what my clients were truly struggling with in their workday
