- Monitor and respond to emails from different accounts related to the English program
- Answer client calls regarding the language program, subscriptions, waiting lists, etc
- Register students for ESL classes, assign them to groups based on availability and level
- Recruit volunteer teachers for the program
- Conduct orientation sessions for new volunteers and provide ongoing training
- Assist in preparing materials for regular classes and develop new materials as needed
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure they have necessary class materials
- Manage Zoom accounts, including sending class links to students and teachers
- Host Zoom classes as needed
- Draft letters of support and certificates for interested individuals
- Attend staff meetings and participate in FCJ-related activities or provide support when requested
- Maintain accurate student records and files.
