    • Learning and Development department supporting different programs in the Bell account: Business marketing team (B2B), neighborhood marketing team, multi-dwelling units team.
    • Support HQ with the employee onboarding process
    • Training new hires (account executives, field representatives) for the Bell account.
    • Deliver two week training seminars (virtual,hybrid or in-person) to B2B BMT agents in groups of 4-12 per cohort. Topics covered include but not limited to: product knowledge, sales cycles, CRM training, time management, objection handling.
