Leading the development efforts of a long sought after feature on Rival platform - Research Community Health Dashboard. Behind the scenes it is a very involved data pipeline with a lot of moving pieces involving a brand new Datawarehouse, other internal services and external Analytics system's APIs.
Worked on enhancing the recontact flows and APIs to support recontact and subscription process for research participants via email channel. Improved the existing flows and established a framework to build new flows based on finite state machines to improve maintainability and reducing cognitive load for rest of the team
One of the core developers behind custom scripting and Hidden Variables on Rival platform which now enables the researchers to author highly customizable marketing research surveys. Enhanced the existing chat compiler and engine as part of this work
Extensively worked on bringing integrations to life with Rival platform. I have been instrumental in driving the design, infrastructure, and code implementation for highly scalable public APIs and webhooks, establishing seamless integration points with diverse business applications. In addition, this webhooks infrastructure has empowered cross-functional engineering teams to expand functionality and support varied use cases with ease. As a result of these efforts, Rival experienced significant growth in its customer base, particularly among large-scale enterprise clients
Developed the Rival Zapier application, facilitating seamless integration between the Rival platform and any Zapier-supported application. By smoothly integrating Rival's capabilities into their existing business systems, we were able to attract more prominent enterprise customers, further solidifying our position in the market
Developed data workflows to synchronize critical databases across multiple services, enhancing the overall development process across the platform. The initial focus of this endeavor lies in bolstering the Reporting and Analytics capabilities, which will play a pivotal role in rejuvenating and enhancing Rival's position in the current market landscape

Won the award for Helping build for scale in Q1 and Q2 of 2021 (Performance and team wide nomination based awards introduced in Groundswell for the first time)
Conceptualized, designed and developed a free open source and CI/CD service agnostic tool (GS DevOps Mate) to facilitate effective CI/CD for Salesforce core services. This tool is being used successfully for more than a dozen of customers while I was there and in many internal projects as well. As the sole maintainer and key contributor of GS DevOps Mate, I successfully streamlined and enhanced the DevOps processes, resulting in a remarkable reduction of deployment times and effort for all these customers. Deployment and Release durations that once took days and hours were significantly reduced to mere minutes, greatly improving efficiency and productivity across the organization
Designed and Developed a Salesforce Connector as a 2nd gen Managed Package for an online educator which unlocked a lot of insights for their participants and helped them reduced churn by more than 40%
Designed and Developed a Single Sign-On Accelerator App for a significant multi-org Salesforce implementation. The outcome has been the wider adoption of the million-user greenfield project, showcasing the value and effectiveness of this solution in streamlining user provisioning, authentication, and access management across the organization. This app was an unmanaged package
For the same customer, guided and helped their DevOps team to orchestrate a sophisticated custom CI/CD pipeline which enabled them to have multi-region deployments more efficiently. The implementation of these processes and advanced tooling significantly improved the overall developer experience, fostering a productive and satisfying environment

Developed a Google Slides Plugin, leveraging AWS Serverless, GCP, Google Slides API, Heroku, and Salesforce integration. It streamlined sales dashboard integration, automating the mundane task of rebuilding dashboards as part of the Google Slides presentation that already exists in Salesforce for internal Sales and Operations teams, saving 30 minutes to hour on an average for everyone before every weekly presentations with the added benefit of near-real-time data.
Architected and developed a robust data pipeline for a prominent Custom Closets building organization, synchronizing their legacy system with a newly implemented SaaS-based Field Services Management Solution. This data pipeline facilitated the smooth migration of numerous processes from the legacy system to a more efficient SaaS solution. It served as a key driver for scaling the business and attracting a growing number of designers enabling the organization to expand its business into previously untapped markets

Worked as a Snr. Full Stack Engineer as part of a 5 member team building Salesforce community for a major MLM, serving 100K users. Mostly involved in developing configurable customer journeys, resulting in nearly 3x sales growth and 6x customer retention
Developed an engaging gamification component aligned with their close to nature and eco-friendly product philosophy. It was widely adopted by the community of consultants as the whole gamification and rewards system kept them more engaged in a fun way. It was also showcased at an MLM conference resulting in other competitors also asking for similar solutions which eventually resulted into Groundswell offering it as an accelerator and add-on.
Designed and developed multi-level performance charts and reports for another MLM customer which were technically very challenging due to Salesforce limits around CPU time and DB operations. Adopted a hybrid approach where we are utilizing a browser's capability to do some processing and also doing some heavy lifting in AWS serverless functions (lambdas). The architecture of this component was being then utilized in many other projects saving us hours and days
