I have been a home owner for over 25 years, When we had our current house built in 2006 ,I built the fence, deck, and did the landscaping including lawn and tree and shrub planting and installation of underground irrigation system and constructed 70' cement brick wall with a walkway on top. I also insulated and completed the garage development including drywalling.. All of this was completed within the year of purchase of the home . In the years since then, I have done all my own plumbing , appliance and electrical repairs . As I'm mechanically inclined, I do mechanical repairs and maintenance on our vehicles. The majority of my work experience has been in steel fabrication, I'm not averse to work in other areas, and am keen to learn and undertake new opportunities.
