Experienced Telecom Professional with 29+ Years in Program Management, Consulting, Sales, and System Integration. My background encompasses strong sales, consulting and delivery experience in complex ICT solutions being on both Vendor and Operator sides. I had many responsibilities, tasks and roles in operators as a C-Level, Manager, Team Lead, Program Director and in Ericsson multi-environments, organizations and countries in different political, commercial, cultural and economic influences. I worked in an Operator part of InvestCom Group, as a Chief Information Officer at SPACETEL– BENIN “Areeba” (Currently MTN). I am a “Certified” Principal Solution Architect at Ericsson, where less than 60 in all Ericsson have passed this certification. I have also managed projects as a Program Director at Ericsson for complex BSS transformations. With strong relationship and communication skills, facing different situations that made me build strong knowledge in the telecom industry and people management. Most of my career I have been a leader in different environments, managing people with different cultural and technical background; for long periods in an international context. I have the ability and proven experience in working, leading and engaging in tough and complex environments under pressure of launching networks and services as a CIO, manager, team lead, technical lead, program lead; in sales/delivery and as a consultant.
