Main point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls. Accounting duties including accounts receivable and payable. Daily Bank deposits. Schedule call's and dispatch to technicians.
Create new processes and systems for increasing customer service satisfaction. Creating positive customer experiences through coaching and training. Resolve customer complaints and escalations. Responsible for opening and closing store. End of day duties include daily cash drawer balancing and reconciliation to Accounting department. Maintain adequate cash supp;y in cash drawers throughout multiple checkout stations.
