Experienced mower equipment repairmen from the start of the job which resulted in learning welding, working with gas vehicles, including; pickup trucks. Through the thirteen years working at Rolling Green, I became highly experienced working and repairing; boom trucks, wood chippers, trailers, changing tires, suspension, brake systems, hydraulic system, and electrical system. These achievements resulted in teaching many mechanics in repairing all types of equipment. Which resulted in my current position as shop manager and fleet assistant, as the fleet assistant it is my responsibility to double-check the mechanics' work to ensure everything runs smoothly and effectively. As a shop manager, if something needs to be repaired, I'm the first one to be called. Demonstrated great time management, as I'm given deadlines to ensure equipment is ready for the mechanics' to complete their jobs. Which further led to displaying certain jobs to my group of mechanics, if for any reason they need help then I step in and help the mechanics' out.
