•The LEAD PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN oversees daily production operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly, efficiently, and meet safety and quality standards. This role requires leadership skills to supervise a team of production workers, maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the production schedule is met.

•RESPONSIBILITIES:

•TEAM LEADERSHIP: Supervise, mentor, and support a team of production technicians and operators to achieve daily production goals.

•PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT: Coordinate and monitor production processes, ensuring quality control, efficiency, and safety protocols are adhered to.

•EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE: Operate and maintain production equipment, perform routine inspections, and coordinate repairs as needed.

•TROUBLESHOOTING: Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks to minimize downtime.

•SAFETY COMPLIANCE: Ensure all team members follow company safety regulations and procedures, conduct safety audits, and report any safety concerns.

•CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

•REPORTING: Track and report key production metrics, including output, downtime, and quality control issues.

•TRAINING: Provide training to new hires and an existing team members on production procedures and safety protocols.

•The FORKLIFT OPERATOR is responsible for the safe operation of forklift and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store goods in a warehouse or production facility. This position plays a critical role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and inventory management.

•RESPONSIBILITIES:

•FORKLIFT OPERATION: Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to move, load, and unload products or materials within the warehouse or production area.

•MATERIAL HANDLING: Transport materials to designated areas, such as production lines or storage locations, ensuring the correct placement of goods.

•SAFETY COMPLIANCE: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, perform safety checks on forklifts, and report any maintenance or safety issues.

•LOADING and UNLOADING: Load and unload trucks, ensuring accuracy of shipments and proper handling of materials.

•DOCUMENTATION: Accurately complete shipping and receiving paperwork and input data into inventory management systems as needed.

•ORGANIZATION: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage of goods and adherence to warehouse layout plans.

•Follow the workplace policies, procedures and good manufacturing practices.

•Observe proper sanitation standard in operating procedures.

•Avoid contamination in every aspect of positions.

•Follow the cardinal rules to make everyone safe.
