- Evaluate healthcare needs and goals of treatment and discharge, and consult optimal providers, i.e. implementing Home Care visits and scheduling dressing changes in remote communities.
- Maintain patient charts, Kardexes, Medworxx and Oculys to ensure records, as well as goals of treatment and discharge, remain current and consistent. This also enhances patient flow throughout the Child Health program.
