Accomplishments

One notable accomplishment was the management of the crisis of the Covid-19 pandemic shutdown.

Retail spaces where one of the few places open to the public and it was my responsibility to provide security services to every major retailer in the community of Fort Mcmurray. With a population of about 70,000 it was not an easy task. With a small team of 4 I started by acquiring the staff to take on the challenge. I began with establishing a backend and brought on administration staff to assist wit the massive increase in office associated labor. Then streamlined an interviewing and training process that allowed us to continue to evaluate candidates during the onboarding process. Within 3 weeks of the call to service we hired and train 20 guards, 5 Loss prevention investigators and a well oiled operation protocol to maintain our security coverage all around town.
