Robin (Bobby) Soules

Since joining Metro I have been promoted numerous times and have held the titles of Night Foreman, Receiver, Frozen Food Manager, Dairy Manager, Grocery Manager and Produce Manager.

I have been responsible for all aspects of maintaining a successful department including customer service, ordering, stocking, presentation, inventory and quality control, budgeting, scheduling, training, opening and closing the store, and motivating associates under my supervision to achieve the highest standards.

I am computer literate in the industry and have excelled at using my skills in this area to effectively maximize sales and achieve budgetary goals.

I am a member of my store's Health and Safety Committee and am dedicated to workplace safety and raising awareness of it amongst others.

I am a friendly and outgoing individual and my customer service is a true asset to any business.

I am very self-sufficient and need minimal direction, but I feel my greatest strength is my ability to lead and help others achieve growth.
