  • Review back log report on daily basis & confirm ship date of new orders based on material availability
  • Month wise inventory working & regular monitoring on ITR targets to be achieved for the month
  • Review & update safety stock w.r.t previous months consumption trend & future order visibility
  • Conduct weekly meetings with internal team members to review on coming week shortages
  • Pull-in shortages & parallelly push out unwanted orders to maintain good ITR trends
  • Block stock analysis
  • Highlight discrepancy in BOM to respective product engineer
  • Prepare contingency plan & maintain safety stock for critical raw materials & FG products
  • Interact with the logistic forwarders like DHL, FedEx, CEVA and Nippon in order to track the consignments.
