• Ensure accurate accounting at the end of each shift, printing sales reports, preparing cash drawers, and taking inventory to set up for incoming shift
• Prepare garnish and consistently restock supplies as well as setting bar area accordingly throughout service
• Italian dining and Wine service
• Craft cocktails and pour beers on draught for refreshing beverage options served over the counter

• Work with POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle special requests
• Serve food and beverages promptly with focused attention to customer needs.
• Menu service pairing wine/cocktails with available items
• Account for Bar Inventory and order alcohol from suppliers to restock keg and wine fridges weekly.
• Complete side duties regularly throughout service hours

• Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the dining area was prepared for seamless service transitions.
• Fine dining Service
• Relay orders to kitchen via POS
• Bottle Service
• Clear and set tables in a detailed manner

- Prepare alcoholic drinks for bar and restaurant patrons simultaneously
