• Manually operate / control 27/4 chemical -plant, working safely with chemicals (ammonia, nitric acid etc. and personal protective equipment
• Perform in-process analytic testing, analyze in-process test results and apply appropriate corrective actions
• Complete all required records and provide detailed summaries in shift reports and operator hand-offs of mechanical problems, repairs, quality and safety issues and process changes
• Work directly with maintenance to create operating permits, lock-out operating equipment and monitor work areas
• Utilize Computerized maintenance management system (SAP) and digital logbook to manage daily work tasks and pass downs and shift turnovers
• Maintain all assigned areas to housekeeping standards and conduct work safety in the manner described in procedures and Job Hazard Analysis

Contractor / Operator full time Position

* Communicate with Supervisors and engineers to review and discuss process changes and Quality.

• Working on Locomotives, Reading Semantics, troubleshooting, on hand problem solving.

• Daily prevention/intervention counseling sessions and small groups are held with students who have been identified as at risk for gang involvement, facilitating parenting classes.
