Summary

I am married with 3 amazing children. Our eldest daughter is 11, son is 9 and my youngest daughter is 6 and all are in school full time. I am a soccer enthusiast. Have played most of my life and had the pleasure of travelling the world (in my younger days…) playing the sport I love most. I also enjoy hunting, if or when there is ever time. My priority in life is the health, safety and wellbeing of my family. Family to me is everything. This reason is why I aim to create family environments at the workplace and respect for each other. Construction has always been a passion of mine since I can remember and through many years in the industry, I have grown to be an effective leader and team builder. One of my strong advantages in being a successful leader is that I started from the bottom and worked my way up through the years. As a labourer working my fingers to the bone to where I am today. I fully understand the needs of all levels of construction and never put myself above anyone or ever look down on anyone, as I was once there and know the physical and mental strain it takes to be out there in the freezing cold and scorching heat. I am a highly skilled and experienced GM of Construction with 22 years of experience in building multi-million-dollar projects which include detached, towns, custom estate homes, 4 to 7 story mid-rise buildings with underground parking structures. Known for establishing strong and respectful working relationships with multi-level departments, staff, trade partners and City officials. A confident leader who understands all aspects of the construction and engineering process. Dedicated and reliable, always going beyond the call of duty. Currently I have 32 Averton team members under my umbrella as well as a CM of Construction who directly report to me. This specific team is responsible for the construction and completion for all active sites under construction. This team consists of 3 Site Supers, 4 Finishing Supers, 4 Assistant Supers, 4 Site Coordinators, 1 Construction Manager and various Labourers/Site Service Techs. At present, we have 3 active sites consisting of various product types and approximately 240 units under construction. Throughout my years in the industry, I have realized that creating a strong family environment in the workplace has led to great success in many facets of the business. Each employee is equally important to the business as any other site or upper management member.

I am a European Football enthusiast. I have played high level football for many years and have had the pleasure of travelling the world playing the greatest game in the world.


I volunteer my Three days each week coaching U10 Rep Boys football here in Vaughan for those who want to improve their overall game and performance, while managing my 10 year old son's soccer schedule here in Woodbridge.


Construction has always been a passion of mine, next to European Football.
