  • I fabricate custom metal gates for homes and businesses. Using a chop saw and zip wheel to cut various angles and us GMAW to weld various sized custom gates and fences ranging anywhere from ½ inch to ¼ inch square tubing, sheet metal and rod iron.

  • Collaborated with team members to troubleshoot mechanical issues, facilitating quick resolutions and maintaining project timelines.

  • At Key-lix, I was on call 24/7 as a millwright / supervisor.
  • I maintained the plants structural integrity and solved problems when things broke. Witch includes electrical repairs and diagnostic, rewiring motors and replacing breakers.
  • Motor repairs and replacement when needed, witch included re building diaphragm and circulating pumps.
  • I fabricated and welded stainless piping for vacuum pumps and cooling towers, with glycol circulating through the tower.
  • I would fabricate and weld large quarter inch thick stainless steel cooling towers then fabricate an fit pipes with GMAW, SMAW, and GIAW.
  • I fabricated boxes and hoppers using quarter inch schedule 40 with 4 inch channels for structural support.
  • While fabricating, I would measure and cut it using various tools I'm proficient in using ie: grinder, plasma cutter, and oxo-acetylene torch.
