• Oversight of Central Processing Policies and Procedures to ensure all Surgical equipment is being handled, processed, sterilized per protocol to ensure maximum safety to both Staff and Patients.
• Preparing Surgical Teams for various Site Inspections such as Life & Safety, AAAHC, AAAASF, Medicare
• Medical Site Translator in the Perioperative Department between Staff, Physicians and Spanish Speaking Patients

• Review ASC Operations cost and maximize cost savings by developing perioperative supply cost review and transition to various vendors depending on needs of facility.
