- Project Oversight; Manage the projects' overall progress, ensuring that all components align with the objectives and vision. This includes overseeing the creative team. responsible for developing a series of deliverables, ensuring they meet all timelines and deliver high quality content.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure alignment across all stakeholders within agency and external partners, maintaining consistency in messaging and execution across all deliverables.

- Team Output: Oversee the entire project, ensuring the creative team develops all work identified according to project timelines and Canada Goose tone and voice.

- Approvals & Feedback Management : Coordinate and manage the process for all video script and content approvals, reviews, and feedback from stakeholders.

- Note Taking & Follow-Up Dependencies: Taking detailed notes during meetings and follow up on action items and dependencies, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned, and tasks are completed in a timely manner.

- File Management : Ensuring all project related work is properly saved and organized on server , maintaining an updated and accessible repository of all project assets at all times.

• Oversee the production of all digital assets including: website updates, CRM & email journeys, social media content and playbooks, programatic and paid search campaigns, OLV
