The Bravo Award is the most prestigious recognition award at Bell, recognizing the most outstanding performances by individuals and teams. It is presented at the Bravo Gala, with each winner receiving a trophy, a letter of congratulations from the President and CEO, as well as financial reward.

My first award was for finding an accounting error which resulted in incorrect capital billing. of $350K

My second award was for implementing a local callback program for customers attempting to gain new company services. Removing roadblocks, correcting record issues and ultimately resulting in $450K in revenue.

My third award was for sourcing, developing, process building and installation of replacement of legacy billing and optical drive equipment.
