Research and liaise with other units for training opportunities and implement training plans for reserve members.

Research deployment requirements, both domestic and international, to coordinate insitu and offsite training to meet those requirements.

Manage and update Reserve Employment Opportunities (REOs) for 443 (MH) Sqn.

Facilitate the selection and hiring of REO applicants.

Supervise and assist as required the 443 (MH) Sqn Reserve Recruiter.

• Research, track, organize and load all Sqn personnel readiness training.
• Research and load all Sqn personnel on professional development courses with both internal (DND) and external agencies.
• Update personnel training records.
• Train new personnel.
• Take over other duties as required.

• Track, collect and deliver all TEMMIS equipment at 8 Wing Trenton.
• Maintain the TEMMIS data base for 8 Wing Trenton.
• Verify, update and amalgamate the 5 DA accounts assigned to 8 AMS AVS Labs. Research lab equipment for maintenance, updates and replacement.
• Research new lab equipment requirements for the maintenance of new aircraft systems.
• Track and schedule maintenance for all aircraft equipment routed through the lab.
• Research AVS labs maintenance and repair equipment requirements.
• Track, update and order all AVS Labs test equipment and supplies.
• Train new personnel.

• Track, collect and deliver all TEMMIS equipment in the Pacific region.
• Maintain the national TEMMIS data base.
• Research, test and calibrate both mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Organize and lead calibration work trips for insitu calibrations of equipment.
• Train new personnel.

Operate the retail store of the club including handling and sales of firearms, ammunition and accessories.

Conduct inventory checks on a regular basis.

Act as the Range Safety Officer as required.

Monitor retail and Range security including security checks and activation / deactivation of alarm systems.

• Perform both first and second line maintenance on aircraft.
• Train new personnel.
• Inspect and perform user maintenance on deployable equipment.
• Lead small units during training exercises and while deployed.
