Research and liaise with other units for training opportunities and implement training plans for reserve members.
Research deployment requirements, both domestic and international, to coordinate insitu and offsite training to meet those requirements.
Manage and update Reserve Employment Opportunities (REOs) for 443 (MH) Sqn.
Facilitate the selection and hiring of REO applicants.
Supervise and assist as required the 443 (MH) Sqn Reserve Recruiter.
Operate the retail store of the club including handling and sales of firearms, ammunition and accessories.
Conduct inventory checks on a regular basis.
Act as the Range Safety Officer as required.
Monitor retail and Range security including security checks and activation / deactivation of alarm systems.
