Leader in a four person Operations team in Private Counsel Operations to assist Portfolio Managers in day-to-day operations by providing a voice to custodians of assets, problem solving complex inquiries, and provide an adaptable support structure to grow their assets under management.


Developed and executed an Onboarding strategy that looked at what it takes to move a large business practice to IG Wealth and what support needs to be in place before candidate arrives and after candidates are appointed to ensure their success.
