I am proficient with computers and able to type 40 wpm.
I have the ability to listen attentively and to use the information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet the customers’ specific needs
I have worked in a pressure fill environment.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time while responding to emergencies
I have the ability to always remain alert during working hours
I am a person who is self-motivated with sound judgement, strong analytical, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
