- Manages over 400 mobile devices, 120 hot spots, and 22 Apple IPads as part of the command cellular program. Uses Apple Business Manager and AT&T Premier to provide cellular communications for key command decision makers, healthcare providers, and support staff. Developed a tracking database to provide 100% documented accountability for all mobile devices.
- Responsible for over 10000 network ports across all Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton clinics. Provides ready, reliable support for all activation and service requests.
- Developed a plan to upgrade and replace the existing WiFi hardware at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton and its outlying clinics. These efforts will result in cost savings of $18K per year.
