  • Kitchen district is name of the restaurant and it serves 80 to 100 covers at a time.
  • Deal with breakfast cooking ( making eggs like sunny side up, poached, half done, well done, fried, stuffed omelets etc..)
  • Set mess en place for eggs (Crack 25 to 30 egg trays daily, chopped Onions, well peppers, tomatoes, coriander, green chills ect.)
  • Roast or grill ( roast bacon, potato's, grill tomato's and sausage.
  • Work on pizza and pasta station.( setting up the toppings like slice onion, well peppers, chicken, panner, tuna and for the pasta ( cutting the vegetables like broccoli, well peppers, zucchini, blanch the veggies, boil pasta ect.

  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas for cleanliness.
