  • Being in charge of creating invoices, solving tickets, working with our vendors, and facilitating incoming and outgoing payments
  • Generate payment invoices on a daily basis and handle inbound customer inquiries and requests through phone and email
  • Investigate and resolve any payment-related tickets within 1-day SLA ensuring that our customers have their product questions answered and their technical issues addressed
