As the parts receiver, my daily duties included receiving daily shipments of merchandise from multiple different vendors and organizing them into preferred locations. Parts received were organized into special orders, stock parts, and parts for our service department. At California Custom, I was in charge of show room merchandising with all of the stock accessories and parts we received and creating a welcoming environment for our consumers. I also handled marine warranty submission for 6 of our locations statewide from brands such as Mastercraft, MB Sports, Yamaha, Mercury, and Manitou. I worked closely with service manages and service writers to gather important information and relay to the manufacturers to be able to gain reimbursement for the work we performed on their products.

• Promoted from receptionist to parts specialist ands warranty administrator within a short period of time due to strong performance and quick learning.
• Managed the parts counter operations, including selling and ordering parts for our top boat brands such as Cobalt, Yamaha, Tige/Atx, Tracker, and MB Sports.
• Processed warranty claims for repairs and service work, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and timely reimbursement.
• Collaborated with the Pro Shop team to stock, merchandise, and sell marine related products such as wake surf boards, wakeboards, and towable tubes.
• Delivered exceptional customer service by providing product expertise and assisting with part recommendations for both recreational and repair needs.

As a customer service representative at Five Rivers Aviation, it was my duty to greet customers with a welcoming attitude and be able to assist them with anything they may need. Whether that be a rental car, a hotel, catering, or simply someone to engage in conversation with, it was my responsibility to be a able to assist in all those areas and more.

• Responded to customer requests for products, services and company information.
• Entered customer interaction details in X1 FBO to track requests, document problems and record solutions offered.

Began fuel and ramp training during my time with 5 Rivers in which I started refueling small planes to private jets and helicopters as well as aircraft marshalling jets and planes on to our ramp.

Working in the back of the house as a food runner/ expo, I learned the importance of clear communication. It was my responsibility to call out incoming orders to the chefs and preppers to ensure fresh and quality food to the customers.

At Baughmans Western Outfitters, it was my responsibility to be knowledgeable of merchandise on the shelves as well as maintaining an orderly sales floor.

• Assisted customers with locating and choosing merchandise in any store department.
