Executed fall reports and performed two medication passes for over 60 residents per shift. Trained in lift usage as-well as taking vitals, insulin administration, dressing wounds, online charting, toiliting,bathing, and dressing. Provided end of life care. I varied shifts anything from 8 hours-24 hours
