• Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work/assembly procedures.
• Assemble, align, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as robots and conveyors, according to layout plans using hand and power tools.

• Installing automated packaging machines in North America and Europe involving mechatronics.
• Sound knowledge and expertise in PLC programming, pneumatic systems, and a wide range of FESTO, FANUC, EPSON, and CODIAN robots, electrical schematics, sensors, and NORDSON glue mechanisms.
• Installing automation machines in accordance with industry standards prevalent in the country, product, and client requirements.
• Performing service requests and troubleshooting machines. Upgrading obsolete parts in machines and performing tests to increase machine efficiency.
• Communicating with clients as required to obtain cartons and product samples achieving the best machine efficiency rates.
• Installing machines at the client’s location, providing production support, and training operators on handling machines.
• Document design changes and installation challenges to help the team perform efficiently in upcoming projects.
• Equipment PM (Preventive Maintenance) – responsible for maintaining equipment in safe working condition, lubricating necessary parts, changing worn out or damaged parts.
• Equipment (Production) – helps production setup the equipment on the line and troubleshoot/repair equipment during shift.
• Shop House Keeping - responsible for maintaining maintenance shop and toolbox organized and clean.
• Filling Out Shift Report – responsible for filling out electronically the shift report in specific issues or tasks completed during shift.
• Ordering Parts – responsible for ordering parts on QMS that get used and helping the coordinator maintain shop inventory .

• Conduct regular inspections to identify wear or damage and perform preventive maintenance tasks for optimal machine performance.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery settings to ensure consistent production quality, and fine-tune equipment for different noodle types or production specifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly, responding quickly to unexpected breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Execute independent or vendor-coordinated repairs on faulty machinery, replacing defective components to ensure proper functionality.
• Conduct safety inspections to identify and rectify potential hazards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations for a secure working environment.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and create reports on equipment status, documenting maintenance history and any encountered issues.
• Coordinate with production and quality control teams to address maintenance concerns, and communicate effectively with other maintenance staff for task coordination.
• Provide training to machine operators on basic maintenance tasks, offering support during equipment setup or changeovers.
• Monitor spare parts inventory for critical component availability and collaborate with procurement for timely restocking.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in the maintenance workflow, proposing and implementing changes for enhanced equipment reliability and performance.

• Support on integration and testing for product prototypes also computed simulations using Ansys.

• Provide research inputs on various technical aspects of developing products.

• Lead on Mechanical Design and Development on projects as assigned by my manager at Jaaga Labs.
• Assisted with customers' design projects by completing basic administrative tasks such as organizing files and checking drawings.
