• Provides all field and functional support activities necessary within each relative department natural work team to successfully load, unload and/or package produced product and/or raw materials to complement each client’s production and shipping needs while meeting functional, department and individual goals.

· Provides the site logistics functional activities and expertise in order to:

· Meet on-time shipment/delivery needs for all selected modes of transport

· Safely manage and/or transfer product and/or raw material storage inventories

· Assure all transportation regulatory compliance and company requirements are met relative to all shipments prior to release

Effectively operate and maintain assigned Site Logistics’ areas of operational control

· Works with other members of the department’s natural work teams and subject matter experts, including non-Dow service providers within Site Logistics and/or 3rd. party service providers, in order to:

· achieve each day’s shipping/receiving needs

· assure uninterrupted Site Logistics facility operations

· avoid unplanned events

· Actively participate in the Site Logistics EH&S programs

· Utilize established tools, processes and procedures

· Comply with the department’s Operating Discipline Management System (ODMS)
