• Took reservations and guest inquiries by phone and email, provide a well informed response for any longtime clients or new to the brand guests.
• Worked as front of house to move tables and adjust seating to accommodate groups with special requests.
• Trained new hosts on guest service best practices and winery policies to maintain high standards of service.

• Opened and closed winery and maintained the facility throughout daily function without fail.

• Lead a team of workers with different backrgounds in maintaing both a restaurant and coffee shop.
• Brought forth new elevated standards for beers wine and food.
• Developed a daily and weekly cleaning scheulde for maintaining a high St. Helena standard.
• Planned events and made arrangemtents for large groups ranging from 12 to 120 people.

• Inventory and organize daily production and intake of supplies.
• Organized the opperation of a kitchen using a all different levels of equipment dedicated to PUC student meal plans.
• Inventoried, organized and sold off the stock of food and drinks from PUC during Covid shutdown.
