  • In F24, branch achieved 154% RPM (rank #57) and was #1 in the district in CARs at 184%. Also branch had highest number of Net Banking Relationship growth with 254 net new clients, 225% PVP.
  • Successfully instilled a culture of strong partnership with focus on WM. In F24, branch had sent 28 qualified WM referrals, and closed 22 (267% Y/Y). $19mm external/internal investments transferred, $10mm PB Loans funded. In the first month of F25, branch had 4 new WM onboards totaling $3mm internal/external investments, and $8mm PB Loans funded.
  • East Cluster Lead with weekly calls with 49th & Elliot, Kingsway & Gladstone, and No. 5 and Bridgeport. The cluster focused on discussing strategies to overcome roadblocks, Salesforce lead conversion, and where each team requires the most support. We have a cluster chat room which includes all advisors in the same chat room to offer best practices and troubleshoot.
  • Acted as Treasurer for Sunset on Fraser BIA, and participated in monthly connect calls with other business owners and discuss key topics to improve the local market area.
