My daily responsibilities are maintenance of the network, division of logical network, Vlan configuration, video conference construction, and other communication hardware equipment repair and maintenance.

• Managed, tracked, and coordinated problem resolution and escalation processes.
• Configured and troubleshot VoIP and multi-media distributed systems and platforms.

As a student who also studied software development in Tedu education, I entered Tedu education after graduation. My work content was to answer the technical questions and solve technical problems according to students' daily learning.

My mainly responsibilities are system maintenance, equipment communication, modify industrial process graphics and hardware maintenance.

• Make sure the logical unit of our software can normally interact with equipment offered by other manufacturers based on data.
• Daily inspection and maintenance of power supply, terminal block, network, operating system.
