Summary

My current position with Flint Energy as a Haul Truck operator has given me knowledge of the mine and its processes. Although rewarding, I have a young family and I am striving for a position with Suncor that would allow me to advance my skills as a Heavy Equipment Operator that is more conducive to the stability as well as my future goal of retirement. With this focus I am currently aiming to move my skills and experience in my career in Mining Operations within CNRL.

I have always been a very motivated self-starter. Through my career I have been privileged enough to serve in position from Operator to Project Manager. My experience in management has strongly molded my focus to safety for myself and crew while maintaining a hold on production. With my former positions, I am still able to move from a position of removing roadblocks for my team to getting out and physically running gear. With this I can lead by example and demonstrate how productive a safety focus truly is. I have integrated this with how I approach my day-to-day operation with Flint Energy.
