Sales Manager Duties, Desk deals, close deals. Daily 1-on-1s with the sales team. Confirm appointments, helping to acquire appointments via phone, social media etc. Follow up with the team's leads during the 1on1s, teach, coach and mentor. Present numbers meet customers before and after the test drive. Build and submit factory orders. Put in processes that work to create successful habits for the team. Increased sales revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
