Summary

I'm a design leader. I'm a business leader. I’m a technologist. My career has been about helping transform organizations to put people first. I do this by:

  • Building programs that inject user and customer insights into all levels and phases of the planning and execution.
  • Educating organizations on how a design approach to problem solving can help any team deliver better business results.
  • Building diverse teams that can deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Implement data driven decision making to ensure the organizations delivers on its business commitments.

Throughout my career, my approach is to build diverse teams, empower them to bring their innovative insights, provide the framework for them to explore their insights in short, hypothesis driven, cycles and use measurable data to evaluate success. I've done this for IBM in the product development, consulting and sales organizations, as well as for IBM's client around the world.

I look forward to bringing this approach to the watsonx Design organization.
