Over the last year we have improved the overall operations of Mariposa Woods. We have added new resident to the park, completed various construction projects and have overseen the upgrades of many parts of the park.
I started out as a field service technician at Avaya. I moved into Tier 3 remote customer support, was asked to take over the management of the Tier II Team and then the Tier III team. I was asked to lead a critical project at Avaya and with the collaboration of a global team of managers and engineers managed to successfully complete the project. Over my 13 years at Avaya, I worked for a number of different managers. My performance rating was consistently far exceeded expectations with each manager. I received numerous awards and recognitions throughout my tenure at Avaya.
