· Proactively cross collaborate with DoorDash, Inc.’s inhouse immigration partner to efficiently process visa paperwork, optimize workflow, and mitigate any unforeseen circumstances such visa denials, travel bans, or Green Card processing issues (i.e. PERM labor market test failure, audits)

· Assess any material changes to employee job role or location, and help navigate potential implications to employee nonimmigrant, and immigrant applications as applicable.

· Understand the necessary coordination of our client’s inhouse Immigration Partner’s responsibility in cross-collaborating with HRBP, Talent Acquisition teams, legal counsel, and Department leaders to resolve complex immigration issues efficiently and productively to support hiring and retention goals.

· Improved process optimization skills and subject-matter expertise on end-to-end H-1B/H-4, TN-TD visa lifecycle and Green Card processing case-types for high-volume employees from our Fortune 500 clients (Microsoft Corporation & Tesla).

· Expanded my knowledge of Office of Labor Certification occupational codes, occupation minimum requirements and wage level determination to wholistically assess any individual employee case.

· Enhanced research skills to stay updated with government websites and legal networks such as AILA to comply with always evolving government regulations and updating processes as necessary.

· Cross-collaborated with our client’s Program Managers for smooth, stream-lined process workflow

• Accrued subject-matter expertise on end-to-end visa processing witch case-types such as H-1B/H-4, TN/TD nonimmigrant visas and the Green Card process; meanwhile, taking on and approving other visa case-types such as: L-1(A/B) / L-2, E-3/E-3D, F-1/F-2, Requests for Evidence (H-1B & I-140), and one T-visa approval.
