• 109 acre 4.2m Real Estate Development Project on a former Motorola Campus in East Austin.
• This development is designed as a Life Science Hub and is working with companies from incubators, start-up to established bio-pharmaceutical companies all moving to Austin.
• The project includes land for contract drug manufacturing .
• We are developing medical centre for underserved East Austin community.
• We are working with City, State and Federal Government agencies and universities and major hospital including Dell Med and MD Anderson

• Developed an innovative, patented, vertical (ICF) insulated concrete form made from recycled PVC.
• This invention was developed to address the lack of innovation in sustainable construction products and techniques that accelerate construction and increase durability at less cost.
• The Insu-Built system uses our proprietary molds to extrude I- Beam profiles in our Seattle plant which meet latest sustainable building codes, west coast seismic requirements and include our "rain screen " lamination process.
• This system is ideal for for -profit,non -profit , residential, commercial projects since it provides for the strength of concrete at the price of wood frame construction.
• Currently over 200 homes have been built with Insu-Built in Langford, BC .

• Co-Founded a sustainable,responsible environmental company building on expertise in developing private sector AD ( Anaerobic Digestion) systems for municipal and public sector solid waste clients .
• Evergreen brought together the proven expertise of former executives of Orgaworld with over 30 years of design, build , operating AD, Tunnel Composting building and managing Ottawa, London and Surrey AD facilities.
• Evergreen has a permitted 200,000 metric tonnes facility in Oshawa that is shovel ready

• Purchased old Corman Park, Sask landfill and transformed it into a fully permitted and licensed engineered, lined landfill
• Developed numerous recycling programs and increased diversion of plastics, cardboard, metals and wood in the Saskatoon Area.
• In following on our environmentally sustainable iniatitives , we bid and won the Saskatoon " Green Bin" program and will be processing Saskatoon's Green Bin Waste into beneficial use products
• We are developing high value "Ag" products such as Bio-Sul to increase soil yields working with waste products such as Bentonite Clay and incorporating them into fertilizer products

• For our Fund we acquired and rehabilitated an old legacy landfill and rehabilitated it into an licensed,engineered landfill that accepts and brings in contaminated soil,
• The new soil guidelines require strict treatment and disposal of contaminated soil and increased enforcement has resulted in preventing illegal dumping but has spawned opportunities in responsible waste management .
• We are seeking approvals for the re-use of treated and remediated contaminated soil into beneficial sol for industrial projects and road building
• Developed state of the art leachate treatment systems using MBR technology to treat leachate and turn it into treated water than can be safely put back into the environment.
