My managerial experience has led me to be the strong worker I am today. I am able to handle diverse job requirements and meet company goals. I consistently look for ways to improve workplace operations as well as how to contribute personally to increase team success. I resolve problems tactfully, keeping colleagues and clients satisfied in all aspects. My projection equipment experience from my first job has led to my current interest in electronics. Preparing large orders to be shipped to venues for live entertainment purposes as well as testing and organization of power equipment. This included loading trucks with a forklift, which I am certified to do.

Organized racks and shelves to maintain visual appeal, engaged customers, and promoted specific merchandise. I also built relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. I helped customers locate products and checked store system for merchandise, as well as answered customer questions about sizing, accessories, and merchandise care. I rotated stock and restocked shelves to maintain product availability and store appearance. I also engaged with customers to build rapport and loyalty. Additionally, I aided in inventory and receiving.
First and foremost: customer service. I managed the cash register accurately, balancing cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift. I resolved customer complaints professionally; and maintained knowledge of the store layout, current sales promotions, and policies regarding payment.
Knowledge in all areas of theater operations: administration, training, and property maintenance. I ran two different locations within this company - the Edwards Calabasas 6, and the United Artists 8 in La Canada. I had a team of 5-8 managers under me that I delegated work to on a daily basis in order to properly run the theater. This included training, cash handling, inventory, customer relations, and promotions.
Prior to that I installed projection equipment at 2 locations under the supervision of the corporate office, and then trained the staff to run that equipment.
I started as a Presentation Manager, and carried this title through 4 different locations for Regal Cinemas. I was in charge of projector maintenance; working with 35 mm film, as well as assembling digital content in the later years as film became obsolete.
