  • Supervised maintenance of main computer room, including 3 Liebert Deluxe Systems (15 tons each), 100 kva Liebert UPS with battery backup, 2 PDU 50 kva, air-cooled chiller RTAA 70, Marley cooling towers rated at 600 tons each, and 21 Trane Air Handlers with ABB VFD's.
  • Supervised the replacement of 12 chillers and over 30 rooftop package units of various sizes and models.
  • Supervised asbestos abatement and final renovation of 3 buildings.
